– For customers from Brazil, please give us your CPF if you choose fast delivery as DHL, TNT, UPS, or Fedex as shipping for your order.
– Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges shall be borne by the buyer. Any special remark required on the parcel, please contact us.
– For all custom-made dresses that means not follow the Standard Size Chart, color or style changed from the photo, are non-refundable and non-returnable. For the dresses in Standard Size, if any quality problem occurred(not the size problem), please inform us maximum 7 days after you receive the dress ( based on the tracking record of the delivery company).
– Any problem with the measurements, customers could send it back to do some changes, but will be charged shipping fee. We accept returns on dresses in perfect, brand new condition(no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).Shipping back will be on charge of the buyer.
