First of all, PEA Sheet relies on special materials to maintain the smoothness and mirror effect of the printing surface, so we will have a layer of transparent protective film on the surface of the product, please be sure to tear it off and use it later.
Secondly, the PEA material is very afraid of scratches by the nozzle. Please be sure to keep the distance between the nozzle and the surface of the PEA when leveling. Generally, we recommend the thickness of a piece of A4 paper;
Then, the maximum temperature of PEA is lower than that of texture PEI powder. Generally, it is not recommended to exceed 90°, so it is more suitable for low-temperature filements such as PLA. If you need to print high-temperature filements, such as ABS, etc., we recommend that you use texture PEI side, use texture side at high temperatures, you also may purchase ouraffordable Version,such as our PEI pro or Texture and Specular.
Finally, the traces left after PEA printing do not affect the use of later printing. However, the scratched part is not a product defect and is irreversible. Considering the life of the product, we recommend that you replace it once in about 3 months.If you do have special needs, please purchase other products, thank you again for your attention.
